Dahlia breeding program

We focus on growing high quality dahlia cut flowers. Over the years we have grown many different dahlia varieties. But not all varieties are suitable for commercial cut flower production. Some dahlias produce large quantities of flowers but have weak stems, others have beautiful flowers but poor vase life. The combination of our specific needs and not being able to find interesting new varieties, resulted in the start of our own dahlia breeding program. Goal of our breeding program:
